At ARDELIO, we are committed to delivering every order with reliability, transparency, and care. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for purchases made through www.ardelio.com.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and delivery updates.

Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping transit times.


2. Shipping Destinations

ARDELIO currently ships to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia

  • Most countries within the European Union

  • Selected international destinations

Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations, carrier availability, or operational limitations.

If your location is not available during checkout, shipping to that destination may not currently be supported.


3. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be available for shipment to all countries due to customs regulations, shipping limitations, or local laws.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and carrier restrictions. If shipping is unavailable to your location, this will be indicated during checkout.

ARDELIO reserves the right to limit or refuse shipment to certain regions where delivery services are unavailable or restricted.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery timeframes are as follows:

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on business days may begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers: Orders may be shipped using trusted international carriers including:

• UPS
• DHL
• FedEx
• local postal partners

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as shipping may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control.

Shipping time estimates begin once an order has been shipped and do not include order processing time.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout based on:

  • selected shipping method

  • order size and weight

In certain regions or promotional periods, free shipping options may be available. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed during checkout.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system after shipment.

Customers can track their order directly through the shipping carrier or through the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.


7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • carrier delays

  • customs processing

  • severe weather

  • transportation disruptions

ARDELIO works with trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.


8. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

ARDELIO has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Customers are encouraged to check with their local customs office for more information regarding potential import costs.


9. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, ARDELIO may not be able to guarantee delivery.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.


10. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, ARDELIO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • checking with neighbors or household members

  • contacting the shipping carrier

  • verifying the shipping address used at checkout

Our support team will do our best to assist with carrier investigations where possible.


11. Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned to ARDELIO due to:

  • failed delivery attempts

  • refusal by the recipient

  • incorrect address

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

If the customer requests a refund instead, the original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.


12. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment if this occurs.


13. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely shipping.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify the order.
