This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for purchases made through www.ardelio.com.


1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. The delivery date is determined based on the shipping carrier’s tracking confirmation.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible for approval.

To begin a return, please submit your request through our Return Portal available on our website.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, or damage.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required to process any return.

ARDELIO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear or intimate garments

  • Personalized or custom-made products

If such items are returned without authorization, they may be returned to the sender or refused.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items, including size or variant exchanges.

To request an exchange, please initiate the process through the Return Portal within 30 days of delivery.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is:

  • defective

  • damaged

  • incorrect

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ARDELIO cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.

Returns sent without prior authorization through the Return Portal may not be processed. This address is designated for authorized returns only and does not accept walk-in returns.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • order number

  • photos of the item

  • description of the issue

In such cases, ARDELIO will offer:

  • a replacement item, or

  • a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.


8. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Customers may also choose to receive store credit, where available.

All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund, replacement, or store credit is issued.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


9. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.


10. Return Portal

All returns must be initiated through the ARDELIO Return Portal, available on our website.

Returns sent without an approved return request may not be accepted.


11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unauthorized chargebacks may delay the resolution process and may affect future purchases.
